Brief de Design de Logo

Vita is an apartment complex rebrand located in Merrillville, IN. The property was formerly named The Residences at Merrillville Lakes. The old website is https://www.merrillvillelakes.net/.

Beitel recently purchased the complex and will be updating it with a new name, logo, branding and sign package. Reference brand guides and logos for other properties that have been developed for Beitel are provided. Design inspiration of what the customer likes for Vita is also provided.

Once the logo is finalized. A brand guide, similar to the reference provided, and a logo package will need to be delivered.
