Brief de Design de Logo

Nighthawk Gold (www.nighthawkgold.com) is a gold exploration company based in Canada. We have already discovered more than 4 million ounces of gold on our property in the Northwest Territories, Canada (really up north). We are looking to rebrand our company, starting with a new logo design, to reflect the new management team and our new strategy. Our new vision is to shake up the industry and to revitalize the communities where we operate; we want to build a gold mine in the Northwest Territories with modern techniques, that will be powered by sustainable energy sources. We very much want achieve these goals while also prioritizing being respectful to the environment and the local communities where we operate. We don't think the logo design should have a bird/hawk (or any animal) on it - that concept has been overdone. We want a logo that stands out from all the other gold exploration/gold mining companies, which we believe are too boring, old, and unimaginative.

We believe the logo design should communicate the following elements:
- Name of the company "Nighthawk Gold"
- bold
- new and modern
- sleek and elegant
- eye-catching
- sustainable
- abstract
- could focus on modern elements or wordmark
- uncluttered, simple perhaps even minimalist
- could be bright colouring but can easily convert to monocrome/black/greyscale for printing. The Northern Lights are an important feature of the Northwest Territories so it could use those colour elements, but not necessarily
- colours don't have to reflect gold, navy - that's been overused in the gold mining industry. Could be different shades of it.
- We would also like the large logo to be convertible into a thumbnail logo with just "NHK" (which is our stock ticker symbol)
