Brief de Design de Panneau

I need a sign designed for a new home subdivision called Rosewood Acres. It is a family subdivision with many kids. Homes are average size. It is located in a small town.

I will have a tag line so please leave a space for just one sentence.

I have attached the subdivision logo (Rosewood Acres) and the builder logo (DorAnn Homes). The subdivision logo has two options (vertical and horizontal), choose whichever fits best for you.

I will need a spot on the sign for a site map. The site map is not completed yet but should be ready in a week and I can send it to you then.
There are no roses in this subdivision. The name is because the original owner of the land had the last name Rosewood. The logo plays off the name but please no other "rose" inspiration

Along the very bottom (no more than 1 foot tall) I need my real estate company info. When you get to that point I will send the files and info but it should all fit within the bottom banner.

Sign is 5' x 8'
