Brief de Design de Logo
The townhomes and apartments are next to the Oklahoma State University campus. We are appealing to both OSU Alumni and the mature college student populations. The exterior and interior of the apartments have both just been updated with new counters, cabinets, appliances, and flooring, with a white painted brick exterior, black and gray accents on window frames, stairs, and decks.
The image showing the window where the logo / lettering would be located is attached.

The name could simply be Sequoyah or STA could be incorporated in the logo design with Sequoyah Townhomes and Apartments incorporated or stacked in a smaller font below. I'd like Sequoyah or STA to standout to those driving down University Avenue next to the residences. Lettering could be black or dark gray, or if placed on a dark background a metal lettering could be polished or brushed silver.
