Brief de Design de Logo

We are launching a new construction project that will feature a bold and modern mixed-use commercial ad residential space. The complex will be called "Grand River Lofts". We are located in the western slope area of Grand Junction, CO -- the lifestyle we want to capture is a modern space that captures all of the perks of living in our area, which include outdoor living, Palisade wine country, hiking and biking trails and a vibrant downtown living lifestyle. The final design should be very modern, and emulate a luxury lifestyle and sophisticated design and include the name of the complex in an easily identifiable way that can build brand recognition.
