Brief de Design Graphique

We are looking for a designer to unify our company's image throughout its stationery and marketing deliverables. We will be focusing on:
*Business Cards (3.5 x 2)
*Letter Head (Letter Size)
*PowerPoint Presentation Template,
*One Pager Flyer (Letter Size)
*Front of Elevator's bay: 4 photos of the elevator bays (two groups of 3 elevators) to which we are looking for designs for its doors and surrounding wall (vinyl prints)
*Font's suggestions
*Official color palette.
*Outdoor Street Signage: please use the following dimensions:
Sign #1 (Richmond Side): 48(W)x72"(H) (3 sided)
Sign #2: 24"(W)x48"(H) (3 sided)
Sign #3 (Top of Hill): 30(W)x54(H) (2 sides)

*Carport Sign:
See photos attached. The white letters will be removed, and a new sign will take place. Preferably, Cut-Out fonts, but we can consider an alternative approach for cost effective solution.
