Brief de Web Design

Calling for dynamic and modern designers! Please save me from the rut I am in with my current designer.

What is the business?
The Why is a social enterprise. We are a private and public sector consultancy founded on the belief that we can leave the world a better place than the one we came into.

We are positioned as business consulting with a difference. We are creative problem solvers that aim to bring solutions that balance profits with purpose.

What we hope for:
Something modern, dynamic and inspiring. I see this one single page with the menu at the top or on the right, but feel free to propose more pages if required. I have done some work on visual style but I wouldn't consider myself an expert. I hope to see someone pick up from where I left off and take this to the next level. Alternatively, propose something totally new with gradients etc. I'm totally open and the sky is the limit :)

Background and references:
I have been trying to develop my website for a while now. I have been struggling with a wordpress web developer that has limited graphic design skills.

I have already done some thinking on this in working with my current designer (but please don't be constrained by the design aspects):

1. Check the PDF deck for content this also includes the sections of the website and subsections
