Brief de Design de Logo

I need a new logo design which is simple yet represents a whole range of health & wellbeing. I am a personal trainer who specialises in weight loss and fitness, but also who is soft, kind, caring and compassionate and want to attract a clientele of people interested in health and wellbeing. I want it to show fitness - but not only fitness. I would like the colour scheme to represent colours of health and wellbeing but not overuse too much colour. A simple icon which pops & represent wellness would be good. Strong and feminine. Eventually I'd like to use it on fitness singlets and hoodies so I'd like it to look pretty cool. I would prefer to attract a corporate client and plan to host health retreats. I also need to be able to use it in Canva for my socials.
