Brief de Design de T-shirt

We need a logo and t-shirt design to help spread the excitement around a new quality improvement project across our unit, hospital, and in the future to other pediatric hospitals.
DRAGON FIRE stands for Daily Real-time Awareness of Growing fluid Overload Nurse Focused Risk Evaluation. The quality improvement project is a nurse focused initiative to reduce the level of fluid overload in critically ill children.
We would like to see logos that can be a part of presentations and posted throughout the hospital, as well as T-shirts that can be worn by nurses and staff. We work with kids who range in age from infants to teenagers, so the dragons can't be too scary, but don't have to be infantilized (G to PG range). The final design should be colorful and exciting to people about the project, but also highlight nurses.
