Brief de Design de Covering de Véhicule

I need a wrap designed for my boat. It will need to be in a Vector file for the wrap company. I would like a patriotic/flag design, subdued is preferred. I like matte or the new sparkly kind of wraps. Black, gray, silver is preferred but other colors are an option. I will need both sides and the back wrapped. The red and white on the bottom must stay as is and cannot be wrapped as it sits in the water most of the time.
