Brief de Design de Logo

We would like our Jeavons Coil logo updating please. The current logo is messy and unprofessional looking however the text is correct and should be carried over to the new design. We would like a black and grey colour scheme but to lose the red of the old logo. I have included the Hill Steels Ltd logo in the uploaded file as that is part of the same group. We would like the Jeavons Coil logo to follow a theme which is consistent with this Hill Steels logo.
