Brief de Design de Logo

I have no artist abilities at all so that why I'm here. Hope I can provide enough info for designs to come in

Looking for logo designs for a food truck business. Uses would be on the side of truck/trailer, Popup tents, and on shirts.

Business Info:
The official business name is JAMA Concessions and Catering. The name JAMA is in honor of family members including my mother and aunts, Johnna Alissa Michelle Amy (oldest to youngest).

The food focus of the mobile food business is two parts:
-Fresh Squeezed Lemonade with other real fruit mix ins including blueberry, cherry, orange, and strawberry.

-Panzerotti (meat/cheese/sauce placed inside of dough and deep fried think stromboli but deep fried vs baked) (photo uploaded)

Tent is bright Yellow. Truck and Trailer are white. Shirts will most likely be yellow. Current lemonade banners are yellow with red lettering.

I really have no idea what style i'm looking for to be completely honest. sleek simple text design? Since most service locations will be events rather than street vending, should I do something that really stands out in a crowd or maybe something along the lines of a design with some sort of mascot to interest the younger ones. Maybe a caricature or the family?(photo added and more available) I'm truly open to anything.

Will consider all designs but kindly attempt to use either jama or JAMA. Not a deal breaker by any means but I prefer not to have one letter stand out from the rest.
