Brief de Design Illustration

We have 2 buildings, and logos for the buildings already chosen. We need help with choosing exterior paint color scheme! The first one is currently red and white, and will be the bymuilding name Fairbanks apartments. (With the logo)

The second will be called the nest. And is the building with the awnings.

The logo, colors and pictures of the current state of the buildings are attached.

A sucessful entry will provide two separate designs.
(1) of the first building[THE Nest logo and the 1 picture with awnings]
(2) of the second building [Fairbanks Apartments logo and the 3 other pictures]
(3) will include where best to place the logo in the design
(4) a complimentary color scheme to the logos
(5) for the building with the awnings, if you sugest an alternate to the awnings in the design, we are open to it.
