Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design for a Dutch webshop,, called humandesignwebshop.nl - target audience: young people (20-35) in the Netherlands who want to become a better version of themselves, busy with personal growth, including spiritual growth. They want to know more about themselves, how their mechanic design is, how they can see where they have to work on, what their strenghts and learning moments are, where & what there power is.
In the uploaded file what I've got in mind. The lotusflower up, the name under it. A small crown (put a crown on your own Self) might be nice and good to add somewhere, but I don't want overkill.
