Brief de Web Design

I need a website done for Fast Business Fibre, a new telecommunications business launching in Australia which provides the best internet connectivity for Businesses. It needs to start with the home page, including the logo, layout, colour, font. The rest of the website will follow, around 12 pages.

Ideally the logo will be maximum two colours, with the words Fast Business Fibre being the logo rather than another symbol. The emphasis needs to be on the word Fast. The design needs to be simple and minimal. I am not sure yet whether the designer will code the page or I will get someone else to do it.

The colours on the slide attached are not meant to be the colours to use, but the layout is close to what I envisage.
