Brief de Design Étiquette

We are a small boutique winery who have been making and selling wine for 21 years. We are called "Dionysus Winery" and Dionysus is the Greek God of wine. We have a classic label at the moment that we would like to modernise.

We are looking to update our labels while keeping some of the original elements.
From existing label to definitely keep:
1. Logo (Colour can be darkened to a very dark purple - almost black)
2. Legal requirements - Front Label: 750ml, variety, year, "Canberra District" Back Label: Produce of Australia, number of standard drinks, alc/vol, additives, internet address, bar code plus new requirement to warn pregnant women alcohol can harm their babies.
From existing label open to change:
3. What would be nice - Separate front and back labels. Focus on logo on front label (Possibly printed in a raised gloss/embossed), Modern Font,
4. What can we lose? Happy to lose the words about us.
5.Font - Modern, Colour - white background, Shape Rectangular Front approximately height 11cm width 9cm & Back height 9cm width 7cm.
