Brief de Design de Logo

Need a logo for a project that I'm calling, rather vainly, Ellendell: The medium-sized lot in an old city is slightly lower than neighboring yards (hence the "dell") and a nearby urban farm named Allendale is a favorite spot. The project will reuse the existing 110-year-old house rather than turn it into landfill as all potential purchasers wish to do. We'll add a couple additional spaces using new building technologies. Green space will be wildlife friendly and food producing, with an encircling path for barefoot walks. Plans have been in the works for years, and I imagined the project name with the two double Ls spooned in an Arts & Crafts type font...but now that feels pretentious. I love fonts but can't find new inspiration. I'm hoping for something that surprises and satisfies the eye without being too design-y.
