Brief de Design de Flyer

We need a new Indesign Template for our Sales-Flyer (A4 Format, 4 Pages, folded).
I attached existing flyers for the project. Please use the ifnormation and pictures from the flyer. Just remake the design completely.
I added the pdf files as well as the indesign file.
At the end I need an indesign template that we can use for our future sales projects.
Please keep the part where the client can fill out the order on the flyer. You can update the design but we need this content for the client order.

You can use our logo if you want to (Müller_logo.tif).
