Brief de Design Graphique

We are a tourist villa management company in Ibiza, we advertise photos of the villas on pages such as BOOKING.COM or AIRBNB. We want to take a photo, the technical quality requirements can be seen in the following example "picture example requirements", the image will be included within the images of each house in the AIRBNB and BOOKING.COM ads, etc. It is an image that we want to give a message that we belong to a movement: MOVEMENT STOP ILLEGAL PARTIES IN VILLAS IBIZA, we want to give the following message:
1 RESPECT THE NEIGHBORS. linked to the attached image of a person who does yoga in front of the sea, an image of relaxation and enjoyment without loud music and disturbing neighbors,
2. MOVEMENT STOP ILLEGAL PARTIES IN VILLAS IBIZA linked to images of police and security guards.
3. ¡¡24 hour loud sound control system¡¡ linked to the image of alarm detectors.
These images and messages need to be combined to deter party planners from booking this home while not hurting new bookings from good clients who want to enjoy the home. The image has to be pleasant but have a clear message, that there is no doubt that the house has an alarm to detect loud sounds and quickly notify the owners, the marketing agency and the police.

We want that when you see the house you DO NOT make reservations if your intention is to have a party at the house, invite a lot of people, charge tickets, play very loud music, sell drugs...
