Brief de Design de Panneau

We would like a sign design template created that we can use at our apartment buildings. We would like a consistent sign appearance that is adaptable enough to be used at different locations, on different mediums, and in different sizes. All vary for signage depending on the local laws and regulations as well as the type and style of the property. But the sign design should be consistent enough to support our company's branding efforts; so people that see our sign know its our company but also that the specific property is unique. Our thought was to incorporate the property address; i.e. "255 Main" along with a portion of our company logo(attached). Then tag our website address across the bottom. Or some combination of that structure/design. It may make sense to just use the address and website address across the bottom OR it might be good to say 255 Main St in large font with "by Green Springs Capital Group" underneath as sort of a tag line. Not quite sure.
But we definitely want the signage to be clearly visible, professional, and clean. Easily read for the street. Should be flexible enough to work on metal or wood or any other medium with updates for the address and maybe color.
This is not a for sale sign design request. The sign concept will be used at apartment buildings. Sample property photos are attached - we are looking for a design template that is flexible enough to work on various property types. Also could be wall mounted or a pylon sign. Concept should work either way.
