Brief de Design de Logo

We are a new small sailboat company based out of Great Lakes region.
Our parent company is named Sero and the products name will named SOL. SOL = Sun = Star in Latin and we are not sure if we want to go a "sunshine" or "star" theme. This small sailboat is simple and is intended to get people outside enjoying the water and nature without much clutter of fuss. The Logo should be font based, with maybe a few accents that follows the boats simplicity. The boat is a sail boat that will be fun for the family you use.

We also need a simple Sero font logo that can be used through many products. This should feel more robust and sophisticated.
