Brief de Design de Logo

Copper & Bounce is a coaching and consulting services company focused on supercharging leaders for growing, purpose driven healthcare companies. We move leaders from “I gotta work” to “I love my work” to “We do incredible work.” We distill our clients' vision, boost execution and unlock desire, capacity and capability - enabling their companies to grow into everything you dreamed it to be. We have 5 different service. Coaching leader, training programs for leaders and employees, consulting at the intersection of culture, execution and experience, facilitating retreats for teams and speaking engagements.

I chose the name Copper & Bounce with the following in mind:

- When I think about Copper, I think conductivity, warmth, earthiness, elemental, richness, beauty, value.
- When I think about Bounce, I think energy, rebound, fun
- When I think about the "&" in between, I think of established, reputable, sorta old school
- And when I think about all of it together, I think it is a pretty unexpected, off beat, slightly provocative, smart and interesting name. Which I think is a good match for what it will be like to work with me and my company.

I have heard the following feedback about the name that I also like:

"I assumed there was a connection to how you work in the name. This notion of copper as an essential element—which speaks to how you’re distilling vision and breaking things down to their most essential element, the why (Sinek style)—plays nicely with the way bounce alludes to how you work with people. You bring kindness, humanity and empathy and are all about collaborating—bouncing ideas, creating resonance and stickiness. Bounce is a friendly word to balance out the copper."
