Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design so that we can establish brand identity within our industry. We are a property management office ‘Vima Property Group, Inc.’ that has been in business since 2016. We have operated quietly and haven’t really established a public presence and are looking to change that. We pride ourselves in our ability to be a fair and understanding toward our tenants requests and needs, while also maintaining a headache free passive income stream to our client property owners. Βήμα is the Greek spelling of our name which directly translates to step. Our philosophy, much like our name (Vima) suggests, is to handle everything one step at a time. We would like the final design to communicate our philosophy while also communicating trust to the owner that their investment is in good hands and trust to the tenants that we are doing our best to maintain the safety and integrity of their homes while inspiring on time rent payments. We don’t have any specific colors in mind but I like green, blue, and purple. Could be a combination of the three, just one, a combination of two or maybe not even those colors at all.
