Brief de Design de Papeterie
Green Title Resolution, LLC, (GTR) fixes technical problems with property deeds. The problems usually surface when someone tries to buy, sell or mortgage a piece of real estate and one of the lawyers involved find a title defect (a lien, an undischarged mortgage, a deceased person still on the title, unpaid taxes, etc.). GTR then gets involved and often has to contact prior property owners to get them to sign paperwork fixing the problem. We need a letterhead that will a) convey the seriousness of what we are trying to do, b) cause the recipients of our letters to recognize the importance of what are trying to do, and c) convey that we are a established and trustworthy company. We want it to include an image that suggests we are a problem solving company. Attached is an image we think might work; you can use it or not. In addition to our name (Green Title Resolution, LLC), the letterhead must include our address and phone number: 996 Smith Street, Suite 103, Providence, RI 02908 (401) 500-1940. We are thinking something straightforward without unnecessary colors or graphics.
