Brief de Design de Logo

We want to tie together our three leadership development programs with a group of logos that appear related, from the same family.

Themes to consider/our wish list:
- We are a construction company, of both buildings and roads/bridges
- Our company is employee-owned
- The training programs build on each other, in this order from simplest to most advanced: LEAD (Leadership Excellence and Development), Cornerstone, and Leadership Development Group (LDG) - Ideally the logo set would indicate a progression somehow.
- Ideally logos should be simple enough to be used on promotional materials, embroidery, and so on.
- Our primary company colors are red and black for reference - these do not need to stick to those, FYI.
- See attached for a concept from Microsoft that does a nice job of combining common elements for a logo set... For inspiration only. :)
