Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design for bakery business that specialises in mail order brownies, called "I'm A Snack"

The postal boxes are rose pink, so any logo colour scheme needs to fit with that background colour. The mail order brownie business is full of quite sedate, bland branding so I really want something fun that is going to stand out, something that is really going to grab somebodies eye when they are searching through the thousands of mail order bakery services that are available.

I want the branding to have playful, but not gaudy or childish feel if possible.
