Brief de Design Wordpress

I've been operating my consulting firm for 5 years and feel like it is time to really improve on my web presence as I'm starting to get more national attention. I had a logo made through this service a couple of years ago, and would like to get a website that matches the look of it. The website will be used to (1) advertise my services (2) provide a brief overview of our management philosophies, and (3) host a resource library database. I understand HTML, but am not as familiar with how to code Wordpress, so I need someone that can help upload themes.

For design, I prefer round designs to square and want the color scheme to match the attached logo. I have included both the full logo and the abbreviated one.

I also have a new picture for CFO uploaded. I plan on getting a new one for the CEO in the coming weeks, so I would like someone that I could get to help make the modification at a later time.

The resource database will be put into a document library (probably Barn2) once the final design is completed rather than having multiple pages with links...just so you know the final vision for the site.
