Brief de Design de Logo

RAÍCES (roots in Spanish) or RAÍCES URBANAS (urban roots) with a base architecture studio, where there will be different freelancers working, linked to design or engineering. In this space there is also a training room and a meeting room, as well as a small space to have a coffee or have lunch.

The name of RAÍCES (roots) comes from the idea of ​​arising from the base, feedback, connection and growth. It also has to do with going back to our roots, returning to our hometown and developing ourselves as workers and as people.

I need a logo that integrates either the text “RAICES” or the text “URBAN ROOTS”, since I doubt between both names for the space. The typography must be clean,( sans serif). The possibility of working vertically (for the logo in the facade) and horizontally (for every documents) will be valued.
There may be a logo accompanied by the text, or the logo may be the text itself. I would like the logo to be sophisticated and subtle, not naive or childish.
