Brief de Design de Logo

We are an existing construction company and I feel we need a new logo which looks better on screen for our new website. (Link below)

Our existing logo is a bright red colour which does not look great on screen and I feel it is a bit too clinical or industrial and I now want a more premium brand logo with a premium colour scheme. We are marketing to the luxury housing market and therefore need a logo that appeals to a more premium client.

I have included a link to the first draft of our new website and a copy of our existing logo.
