Brief de Design Graphique
I am a physician providing medical-legal evaluations for competing attorneys (applicant attorneys representing injured workers versus defense attorneys and health insurance companies representing employers). Each opposing side wants me to be more biased toward their side. I am looking for a classy/elegant graphic design to apply to an exhibit booth LED backlit display, website, and printed brochures/business cards. I like the basic feel of the uploaded files IMG 1842 and IMG 1837. My medical practice focuses on evaluating patients with nerve, muscle, and skeletal injuries. I would like to include the three football players representing the nervous, muscular, and skeletal systems as well as the tools of my trade (goniometer measuring the knee range of motion, reflex hammer, and stethoscope with judge's gavel and hammer to describe what I do). I would like the goniometer, reflex hammer, and gavel & hammer to be faded into the back ground. The football players should be less opaque and more obvious.
I want my name in large big bold letters across the top of the graphics design: NORMAN A. LINDER, M.D.
In smaller font below my name please place: Physical Medicine
One of the pics of me should be (with the backgrounds eliminated) on the side of my name (next to NORMAN, not next to M.D.). I am not sure which pic would be better or more professionally appropriate.
On the other side of my name should be the illustration of the man showing muscular, skeletal, and nervous systems. It's my logo. I will supply the actual vector file of this logo once I receive it.
Somewhere in the graphics include: QME, AME, IME, & SIBTF evaluation
