Brief de Design de Logo

After a logo for our Earthmoving/ Earth works company. ( please send me logos other than an excavator!!!)
We would like a range of designs but mainly something that can be used on both tshirts, beanies but also on invoices. So something modern yet also somewhat professional.
Can we please have ideas outside the box and not just the standard excavator and writing as a family member has a similar design.

Also we will need the logo for clothing etc to say BD Earthworks and the logo for invoices to say BD Earthworks (vic)
But the "(vic)" to be tiny or small below the BD Earthworks.
Open to colour. But for it to incorporated and the logo itself to be black or white. Preffered colour is any shade of blue or an army green but not both.
