Brief de Design de PowerPoint

We are a company in the ed-tech/gaming business wishing to fine-tune the looks of our pitch deck/company presentation.

Attached is the current template we use. And while we want to keep the headlines, general structure and the flow represented in various graphs, we want a design whizz to fine-tune the looks of it, updating graphics and add a bit more graphics. In the end we basically want to give the template a professional edge while still conveying the design philosophy we're trying to achieve, the philosophy is as follows:
A combination of education and playfulness/digital entertainment (particularly gaming). It should additionally be clean, not cluttered yet with a hint of fun.

We of course want to be able to simply ad our own texts as well as our to logo various elements
