Brief de Design Wordpress

We are currently rebranding and are looking to update our Wordpress theme. We have recently rebranded our logo on DesignCrowd, and would like our website to be equally as refined.

Our business is named “Archer Painters”. We are a high-end painting business that is known for being professional and having high standards. Our clean and professional image is important as it separates us from our competition. Our current website can be found at www.archerdecorators.co.nz . We designed the site ourselves so it is understandably rudimentary. We are generally happy with the. page layout of our existing site, but we like a professional remodel. Any ideas on improvement welcomed.

We would like the front page of the website to summarise all of the info throughout the whole website (I.e introduction, photos, testimonials, contact info etc.) as visitors typically scroll through the first page to see that we are reputable and get to our contact number/email contact at the bottom of the page. We would like this first page to give a clean well rounded image of our business. We would like the gallery to be a scroll through of large photos, as it is difficult to see paint details in smaller photos. A contact page with an enquiry section would also be good.

For the colour scheme, we would like something that fits a bold, masculine and high end theme (similar to our logo attached).

We would like the footer to include Dulux paint logos and the accredited painter logo we have included as these are important to our profession.

We have attached some photos of our work also. I will add more in the coming days. More can also be found on our website.

We are open to your own interpretation or ideas for a better layout/site provided they fit the general brief of being a well rounded site for our profession.
