Brief de Design de Carte de Visite

I'm a Realtor in South Florida. My primary focus in High End Luxury Residential Properties. I would like a business card that reflects my expertise, attracts attention and leaves an impact. All Realtors are required to include their broker in all advertising, however, it can be very small and discreet as long as its included. The focus is to promote the Agent (Monica Benitez) not the broker (One Premier International Realty). I'm attaching a business card that I like. The initials are spot glossed in white, they are oversized and bleed out of the card, with a matte black background. The other side contains all the contact information and the agents picture. I will attach my picture may need to leave space for a QR code. I very much like this design, font and color. However, I feel the contact side is quiet bland. My favorite thing is the initials side of the card. I like that the design is elegant but still modern. I like luxurious, elegant, modern, I love the bleed, and the spot gloss, matte black and use of initials. Not crazy about the contact side or the green glitter on the initials side. My favorite color is turquoise maybe it can be incorporated however, not necessary. I do not like small little logos or small initials, I like this one because of the font choice, bleed and spot gloss and black matte background. My business card needs to leave an impact, be glamorous yet professional. I look forward to creative ideas. I like the card I'm attaching however I'm open to ideas.
