Brief de Design de Logo

Need a logo design for Lash Extension Salon in upscale neighborhood. I would like design to express sophistication, elegance with an edge. I would like to see something in black and white with silver and gold sparkle but am open to color if you think better. I will be rebranding website, business cards and social media with new look. Current logo has outline of Dallas skyline over business name (City Lash Studio) and I love that but not committed to it if you have better idea.
