Brief de Design de Logo

We are looking to re-brand Sinister Joe Coffee Company to align more with our name. Our current logo can be seen at sinisterjoecoffee.com. We want our new logo design to align with 'sinister', found in our name. We have looked at multiple stock images and have settled on a reaper theme which needs to include a coffee cup. We found a design that we absolutely feel in love with, but are unable to license the stock image, and quite frankly, we want it to be more original anyway. I am uploading the image here as a sample in which to guide the design. We like the oval shape with the reaper holding coffee in the center. The border should say 'Sinister Joe Coffee Co.' or 'Sinister Joe Coffee'. Fonts should have a distressed, or grunge, style to them.
