Brief de Design de Logo

I need a new logo design for a company I started, based in Frisco, Texas called, "Chisholm Trail Coffee. The purpose is to help compliment my current coffee service company that will focus on selling coffee related products such as: coffee, tea, k-cups, hot chocolate, & other products that will capitalize the popularity of the brand name; Chisholm Trail Coffee. I live in Frisco, Texas which has a major road that travels right though the city called, Preston Road. This road was built on the Chisholm Trial which was developed in the late 1800's by Cowboys in the southern part of Texas and drove cattle north through Texas, Oklahoma and to Kansas to drop off their cattle to train depots delivering the cattle to hungry Americans on the east coast. I want to have the logo include a horse, the name of Frisco Texas the name Chisholm Trail Coffee and I want to eventually copyright the logo for E-Commerce in the future.
