Brief de Design En-Tête

I am looking for a very elegant letterhead design for my personal injury law practice.

The letter head must have 4 different variations of the same thing meaning one design that has just a header, and another with a header and footer.

Elegance is key, I do not want it to be too bold. Please stay away from colors that are not black, white or gray or silver.

Please include a gradient style letterhead for the header while implementing the design of the logo found in folder #3

I have attached for you the logos and emblems for my company below.
In folders 1-4 you will find my actual logo.
In folder 5-6 you will find a shorter version of my logo, this can be implemented maybe in the footer + header design of the letter head (do not include this shortened version in the header).
In folders 7-8 you will find an emblem for my company.
