Brief de Design de Logo

We are needing a modern logo for our company which has been operating for 20 years. We are a very small transport company (1 owner/driver) and we would like something that encompasses toughness, reliability, trucking, the Australian outback persona. Colours could include a combination of Navy Blue and Mustard OR Brown / Green / Burnt Orange. We are open to colour suggestions (NOT traditional heritage colours though) but would like something a little different to bland transport colours. The prime mover is powered by a Caterpillar motor hence the 'Bertyz Cat' design on the rear canopy but this does not have to feature in the logo at all. The logo will be positioned on both sides of the cab (doors) as well as business cards etc.
