Brief de Design de T-shirt

Update: {I am looking to compete with Pins and Aces Party Polos. Please look at their shirts so you have an idea of how the shirts should be.

The graphics should be a nice pattern from far and then you would actually see what the graphics are from close.}
I would like to make Golf Polo shirts more interesting. More like Party Polo's! This project would require creating a cartoon character sort of and then applying it as a pattern print. So the first step would be just to create the character. Whoever created the best character will win.

I want to do various animals but I will be starting with a Flamingo.
So The flamingo should look like David Spade Cool in a golfing theme.
Maybe making the cartoon NFT style might be interesting. The character should have a defined recognizable character. Cool as a cucumber with swag perhaps. But should look like a branded item. I will attach the type of shirts that is on the market that is boring and needs some animation.
