Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo and brandguide for my new creative consultancy agency and its holding company. The company is called Arctic Sky. It stands for clean, calm, fresh, beauty and thoughtful. The northern light is something I wished to see for real for my whole life. And when I watched it a few years ago it just awed me. The colors can return in the logo without loosing the clean flat and simple look and feel.
