Brief de Design de Logo

Need a logo for "Top Pros Network" -- a marketplace where home improvement Pros (i.e. painters, roofers, renovators, etc.) can refer each other. *Key feature of the marketplace: It's only for top-rated Pros, the best of the best (ratings based on Google, Yelp, BBB and other sources). Like an exclusive, member's only network or club.
I'd like a simple logo, not heavy or complicated. Simple and clean. I am open to the logo being based on the initials (TPN), or perhaps the initials are part of the logo in some way, or maybe it's the initials PLUS a simple logo... I don't want to give too many specific ideas, I prefer to see YOUR ideas based on the above details. What "look" comes to your mind when you think of an exclusive, members-only club/network of top Pros?
