Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for our new company, Woodriver Woodworks. We use reclaimed wood, or naturally sourced, to make all of our products. We make charcuterie boards, cutting boards, and various wooden decor. At the moment it's just wood, but epoxy will be making an appearance in the business soon.
I think our logo will probably have to be round, and we may need two designs, I don't know. What I do know is that we need to be able to turn our logo into a branding iron. The design can't be too busy or you will lose the detail in the branding. We will also be using a laser engraver, so some detail is fine. We're also going to make our own conditioning butter and putting it in tins. The tins are round... so a round logo just seems to make sense, but we're open to ideas.
Think rustic and reclaimed when thinking of our business, and logo that reflects that. We really like the signature style logos as well, but no fancy fonts. We're simple people.
