We are a service-based Non-Profit Organization. We focus on mediation, restorative justice, facilitation and training, and equity topics. We mainly conduct training, workshop, and facilitation services.

We help people, communities, and orgs manage conflict within their spaces.

We discuss and advance racial and social justice topics.
We help improve communication and build meaningful relationships.

As an org, we value transparency and honesty in our relationships as a team and with the people we engage with. We also value integrity, accountability, learning, and growth.

We are seeking a designer who can create a logo that conveys a message and feelings of community, connection, safety, and support.

We want a design that is minimal, simple, and not cluttered.

We want a logo that has a neutral feel and isn’t too masculine or feminine.

We want a logo that doesn’t have a business or corporate aesthetic.

We want a logo that gives a more community feel.

We want a logo that doesn’t has sharp lines or angles.
