Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo Design for a Restaurant, which is located in the City of Basel, Switzerland. The Restaurant is in a hotel and it was open until the Covid Pandemic started. The Restaurant is accessible from the street and has around 50 seating places.
We are located in a multicultural quarter of Basel, close to the fair and Congress Center. It is mostly a residential area.
We are planning to open the restaurant during the day, from 7am to 7pm. We will be serving breakfast and lunch. The food will be made from local and organic products and as much as possible harvested from our hotel garden. Furthermore, we roast our own coffee in the restaurant and sell the beans to the public.
We are very proud to be a family owned Hotel since 1954 which enables us to be flexible and independent.
Part of our philosophy is thinking in the long term in environmental matters as well as staff members. Our aim is to employ them as long as possible. We are proud, that our core team has been with us for several years.
Another part of our philosophy is to re-integrate people who have been in long term unemployment back into the job market. Most of them are in that situation due to illness, burn-out or injuries. We are co-operating with re-integrating companies who assist these people to find back into the job market. In this process we are building a "bridge" between the unemployed and the job market. We offer them practical training in order to find out, whether they are ready for the position or not. The main purpose is to boost their self-esteem and give them job-satisfaction.
