Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo similar to the one attached with some design changes made to it. All of these changes need to be in the logo.

Change the baseball to a golf ball
Change Vicksburg, Mississippi to Sea Island, Georgia
Instead of Sports Force Park put SNEDS TOUR. I would like the word Sneds Tour to be bigger, more prominent.
Use the silhouette of the golfer attached in place of the I in Presidents
I just need the logo on a transparent background, high resolution EPS...the red white and blue starburst can be left off.
