Brief de Design de T-shirt

I need a t shirts designed similar to the attached but it will be for Keansburg Boardwalk jeep jam and truck show 2022. I'd like to use a cartooned version of the actual boardwalk and roller coaster with a jeep riding on the roller coaster. You can find info about the boardwalk if you search keansburg boardwalk in USA, in the state of New Jersey. The attached pic is a sample of what the design should be similar to.
