Brief de Design de Catalogue

I need a product catalog - a sample is attached but with a modern template, where I can fill in the text and so on.

Structure could be like this or different - see the competitors and suppliers websites:

Page1 : Picture and Logo and good first design
Page 2: at the end just our contact details and something like promoting the website or whatever
page 3: index
page 4: company history
page 5: team with round pictures from 6 people
page 6: Values - sustainability - young dynamic ....
....Product pages
Content pages in between - where I can write about some content within the branch - like a small "did you know that.."

Index as in the document.
for every headline section an icon, or color on the letter side, that it is easy to find to the headline

Important product information to EVERY product will be:
picture, description, article no
to the first headline - liquid detergents - there it will be also a how to use - around 50 words each.

and sometimes between all these products some product content, how to use a microfiber towel and so on.
