Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo for "5 India" which is a modern upscale apartment building on the waterfront in Portland, Maine. We would like a 3-color design using black #000000, charcoal gray#7B726F and an accent color of orange #F66A26 and/or red #BB0707. We would like a modern, sleek feel. Could also see adding a companion logo later that is just a 5 with a capital I. But we would like to start with "5 India" to begin. The leasing website is https://www.mortonleasing.com/rentals/5-india-st-portland.

BRIEF UPDATE:
There seems so be a trend to make the A in India as an upside down V instead of an A. Sometimes the upside down V makes the word hard to decipher. If that is your design choice, we would still like to see it but please provide an alternate with an "A."
