Brief de Web Design

I have created an attached txt document with specifics of what I am looking for. The short version is that I am looking for a website design for a lumber yard/building materials store. They currently do not have a website other than a simple place holder. I have included several example websites of his direct competitors as well as made a note as to which one is the best example and the design he really likes. The txt document goes in depth as to navigation, points of interest and contact information. Unfortunately like most clients the logo files sucks. I am not sure why people don't have a good logo file.
